EBB program is Californian seismic rehabilitation supporting group that connectes registered contractors with homeowners to let the homeowner's house be inspected for appropriate earthqauke bracing and bolting structure. They provide selected homeowner $3000.00 maximum funds for seismic rehabilitation process under cover. FEMA Californian goverment supports this foundation and gives specified building rules of Californian and International law so called Californian Building Code (CBC) and International Building Code (IBC). The codes were freshly redesigned and tested under Japan's earthquake bracing house experiment test.

 

 

We are registered in EBB program and are FEMA trained contractors who know how to inspect houses and process seismic rehabilitation construction under California's given construction code (CBC & IBC). Customers can also appoint for such inspection or rehabilitation program for better safty of thier house. 

 

 

The Californian Existing Building Code (CEBC) has made this foundation so that Californian residential/commercial dwelling can be covered under recently modified stronger bracing and bolting construction code for old buildings or already earthquake damaged house. Joining this program is exidingly preferred for Californian residents' reliable safty.
